System Install Coordinator - EUV

As a System Install Coordinator, you orchestrate the end-to-end installation of ASML’s lithography machines at customer sites, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You collaborate with internal teams across preparation, install, and post-install phases, and act as the bridge between the site and ASML HQ. The role demands cross-cultural engagement, travel, and proactive quality and process improvements. • Coordinate the full installation process from preparation through post-install
• Prepare installation documentation and ensure parts, tools, and work instructions are ready
• Create daily execution plans with engineers and coordinate on-site support
• Monitor and report progress and quality daily, interfacing with internal customer support
• act as direct link between customer site and ASML headquarters in Veldhoven
• Follow up on quality issues after installation and propose structural improvements

• Technical Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or Technical Master’s degree
• Experience in international settings and with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience in project management, escalation management, progress reporting, customer interaction, field operations or process improvement projects
• Willingness to travel frequently up to 75% (roughly 6 weeks abroad, 4 weeks in Veldhoven)
